Domestic For all USA shipments, we ship via USPS. You can track your package from when it leaves our warehouse through its final destination.
International For all international shipments, we use leading shipping carriers such as DHL and Fedex. We offer both standard and express shipping for most countries.

What are the different international shipping options? Once your order has been processed, DHL and Fedex Express typically delivers your order within 4-6 days to your shipping address. At times, you may be asked to pick up your package at a DHL office or provide delivery instructions via phone or email. To ensure you receive your package without delay, please provide the best contact phone number during checkout.
Standard DHL time of arrival varies depending on your country and is shown at checkout. Once the package arrives in your country, DHL hands the package off to your local post office or a local courier for delivery to you. At times, you may be asked to come into your local post office to claim the package in person.

Which international option is better? We highly recommend using our Express option as it is the fastest, most convenient and most secure method. Shipments typically take between 4 – 6 days (after processing) and are fully-trackable. Your DHL tracking link is included with your shipping confirmation message.

What are your shipping charges? Exact shipping and delivery charges are determined by your location and the package weight. Please utilize the shipping calculator at checkout for your specific shipment cost. Standard shipping is free worldwide for packages over $34.99 USD.

When does the package ship? Orders are processed for shipment daily, Monday - Friday morning. If your order was placed after 10am EST, it will be processed the following day.
Orders placed Friday, after 10am EST will be processed Monday morning. Processing may take longer if the order was placed around the Holidays or on a weekend.
If Friday or Monday was a Holiday, please add an additional day for processing.
For international shipments sent via DHL Express or Fedex, we quote and collect the estimated Import Taxes or Duty Fees so we can pay them on your behalf. This ensures your package arrives without any additional delays.
While most of our orders are free of any Import Taxes or Duty Fees, we cannot be held responsible for any taxes, seizures or fees from importing our product. By complying with all local standards and regulations, we do our very best avoid any possible charges your country may assess your shipment. The final decision is made by your country's import regulations. You may contact your local customs agent if you have any questions regarding additional fees on your shipment.
